Othinus, the one eyed Odin of the Toaru series. The Magic God who leads GREMLIN and wished for the creation of Gungir. She despised the happy world of humans so much she used the spear for its destruction immediately. She specifically thought of Kamijou Touma as someone who was amusing, not a threat until he consistently throughout multiple universes. Even then she knew she would never be able to completely destroy him so she continued toying with the boy.

Eventually she became friends with him, as Kamijou Touma was not about to let anyone suffer or die on his watch. He protected Othinus, the woman who for so long toyed with him like he was nothing. And eventually she was stripped of all her power, turned into a small fairy to continue living. That was actually the punishment decided by rulers of the world, that she will be forced to live and watch that world she so despised with at least the boy she started to love.
